About Us
Synchronicity Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-sectarian, spiritual, educational organization is the parent organization of the Sanctuary, the Shrine of the Heart, and the Stillpointe Monastery.
Headquartered on 450 acres within the Blue Ridge Mountains of central Virginia, the Foundation was established by Master Charles Cannon and associates in 1983. It has since become an international retreat center dedicated to modern spiritual experience. It is within this humble and rustic environment that the Blessed Mother has chosen to manifest. Everyone is welcome to participate.

Location and Directions
The Shrine of the Heart at Synchronicity Sanctuary is located approx. 22 miles SW of Charlottesville, VA near Wintergreen Ski Resort and is accessible via Route 29 and Interstate Route 64.
From Charlottesville:
Take 29 South from Charlottesville.
After approx. 22 miles - look for the sign "Nelson County Wayside".
Shortly after this, exit right at Route 6 West.
Take a right turn at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp (Route 6 aka River Road).
Follow Route 6 for about 2 miles.
Turn left at 634 (Adial Rd).
Continue about 2.5 miles - pass the Acorn Inn and enter the Sanctuary via the second entrance on your right.
From Washington DC:
Take the capitol Beltway (Rt. 495) West towards Bethesda / Northern VA.
Exit at Rt. 66 West.
Follow Rt. 66 West to Rt. 29 South (Gainesville).
Exit at 29 South (Gainesville) and stay left on exit ramp towards Charlottesville.
Follow Rt. 29 South approx. 75 miles into Charlottesville.
Pass several shopping malls on Rt. 29 South and exit at the Rt. 29 Bypass (Toward Staunton).
Follow Rt. 29 South approx. 22 miles - look for the sign "Nelson County Wayside".
Shortly after this, exit right at Route 6 West.
Take a right turn at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp (Route 6 aka River Road).
Follow Route 6 for about 2 miles.
Turn left at 634 (Adial Rd).
Continue about 2.5 miles - pass the Acorn Inn and enter the Sanctuary via the second entrance on your right.
From Richmond:
Take Rt. 64 West towards Charlottesville.
Take Exit #107 (Rt. 250 Crozet).
Turn left at exit ramp stop sign.
Follow Rt. 250 for approx. 4 miles.
Turn left at Rt. 151.
Follow Rt. 151 for approx. 11 miles into Nellysford.
Just past Wachovia Bank - turn left at Rt. 634 (aka Adial Rd).
Drive approximately 2.5 miles on Adial Rd.
Once you see Lakeland Lane on your right, Synchronicity Sanctuary is on your left just a few hundred feet further up the road.
Turn left at the Synchronicity Foundation sign and use the parking areas that are both to the right and the left of the entrance road.
